The One for All Humanity Foundation is committed to the safety, dignity and wellbeing of every person we work with, especially children and vulnerable adults such as the elders supported through our Easy Life Plan. All volunteers and team members are expected to treat every individual with respect, avoid any form of exploitation or abuse, and report any safeguarding concern immediately to our Welfare, Well-being & Inclusion Officer. We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability or any other characteristic.

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, process volunteer sign-ups, and coordinate partnerships, such as your name, email address and message content submitted through our contact and volunteer forms. This information is used solely to communicate with you about your enquiry or involvement with TOFAHF, and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing theoneforallfoundation@outlook.com.

Personal data shared with us, including through our online forms, is stored securely and accessed only by team members who need it to carry out their role. We keep data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and we take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

All donations are received through our official TAJ Bank Limited account under the name THE ONE FOR ALL HUMANITY FOUNDATION, in NGN, USD or GBP. Funds are allocated against the specific initiative they were given for, such as Pad-A-Girl Child, Educational Literacy 3.0, or the Easy Life Plan, and tracked internally by our Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation Officer. We never request donations through unofficial third-party accounts.

We share progress and outcomes honestly and regularly through our News & Updates page and official social channels, including numbers reached, supplies distributed, and lessons learned. Where a project falls short of its target, we say so, our commitment is to accuracy, not appearances.
